If you don't see your FFL Dealer listed or available when checking out. 

No Problem! Just have your transfering dealer email us a copy of their FFL along with: your name and order number. Email: Info@patriotfirearmsoregon.com

When will my order ship out?

Average time, you can expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days. Serialized items (firearms, and firearm receivers, etc.) may take 7-14 business days to ship out; please verify that we/Patriot Firearms of Oregon has a copy of the FFL from your dealer. During the holiday and peak seasons shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We work very dilligently to get your order out to you ASAP.

Why can't I check out?

If an error message pops up and won't allow you to check-out (pay for your shopping cart), make sure that your credit/debit card billing information match your card used. The address and zip code information are correct to the card that your using to check out. If this happens to many times, your financial institution/bank may activate and lock your card to prevent fraudulent activity, It may be necessary to call your bank if this occurs.  If further assistance is required, please email or call us. 

I forgot my password to login/sign into my account.

Click on the sign-in button, then click "forgot password", you will be prompted to enter your email address, then click "Reset Password". Within 15 minutes a password reset link will be sent to your email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder. If further assistance is required, please email us. 

Can I exchange or swap an item for another item to my order, or add an item to my order?

No, we are not able to edit an order after it has been placed. We can assist you in cancelling your original order, so you can order the item(s) you wanted, or you can place a separate order. If items on your order have been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel and return your order. If order cancellations are granted, they may be subjected to refunds less credit card fees, shipping fees, and taxes. To cancel your order, please use our contact us form, call, or email, during the same business day or not later than the following business day from the date the order was placed.

Warranty Policy.

All New Items come with a manufacturer warranty where implied. For all warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer of the item you purchased. Patriot Firearms of Oregon does not offer or warrant a warranty claim and is not responsible for warranty claims and or otherwise known as damaged and/or defective items. 

What we do not cover are:
Under no circumstances, shall Patriot Firearms of Oregon be responsible for: incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss, personal injury and/or loss, or injury and/or loss to any property; whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence, natural causes, acts of god, or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Patriot Firearms of Oregon will not be held responsible for the results of: careless handling, unauthorized adjustments or modifications, product defects, low-quality or sub quality standards to products advertised or ammunition reloaded, or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use for any and all products offered, whether purchased in store online through one of our many sales channels, or online through our website.
