All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines, sporting goods, and parts for sale on this website might be barred, restricted, and/or prohibited in your residing state. Please check your local and state rules & regulations before placing and purchasing an order. All new firearms are shipped in the manufacturer’s original materials with respected magazine(s), and/or accessories, and applicable warranty. All sales are final. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information in the event of warranty claim. Customers Acknowledges that the State of Oregon and The ATF Consider all firearms as being "used" after the first transfer to a retail customer. Therefore we cannot accept returns of firearms or firearms once they have had a NICS/FICS conducted. In the event of a refund or return accepted, Your refunded final value will be less a 25% restocking fee, $10 Background check (if purchased a firearm), less 3.5% CC processing fee on the purchase and return, and finally, less the shipping price if shipped.
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase. It is illegal to ship firearms to any person who does not hold an active Federal Firearms License (FFL) with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. Firearms and related sporting good items purchased online may be picked up at our store; or if requested shipped to another FFL (firearm dealer/store) near you for FFL and NFA related items. We reserve the right to contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). However, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to contact the licensee before placing an order. The consumer is responsible for all fees incurred during transfer, sale, and background check including shipping of firearm or related sporting good purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase. If an order has not been picked up or we have not received the required documentation from the receiving FFL after 15 days, the order will be canceled, and funds will be returned minus the 25% restocking and associated shipping fee.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.
All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
Online inventory changes every day and updated every 15minutes. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error or pictorial error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
For any of our customers who wish for us to have outgoing or ingoing firearm or related item Transfer (in state or out of state), and for any customer who chooses Patriot Firearms of Oregon LLC as the business to transfer their purchase from any: individual or business (for in state or out of state transfers) is soley responsible for all fees and liabilities incurred with that transfer/transaction; including but not limited to: shipping, return shipping, refunds, and any fees associated with it. Patriot Firearms of Oregon LLC has the right to refuse a transfer even after it has been shipped to us without giving reason. Anyone who wishes to have Patriot Firearms of Oregon LLC facilitate the transfer of restricted items (firearms and related items) without filling a “Firearm Transfer Form” can be prosecuted for violation of terms and conditions and forfeits their rights to those items and monetary value of those items. Any buyer who has transferred their item to Patriot Firearms of Oregon and has not successfully passed a background check has 90 days to arrange a return to the origin or original seller and must pay $10 for each background check per 30 days regardless of pending or failed background checks.
All Firearms sent to Patriot Firearms of Oregon for FFL Transfers, must conduct a Background check within 14 calendars of us receiving your transfer. If you need more time, and do not contact us in writing via email or by mail (within 14 calendar days of us contacting you to come conduct your background check), a storage fee charge of $30 per month backdating the first day from the day we receive your tranfer will incur. All Firearms, Parts, Accessories, Ammo, and any transfer/purchase's that have been made, if they are not picked up or arranged to be held for an extended time frame, after 90 calendar days those items are considered abandoned. Any abandoned item will be forfieted to Patriot Firearms of Oregon, with no monetary value exchange as compensation for lost goods/services. We will make multiple reasonable attemps to contact the transferee, purchaser, or buyer; however if items are not picked up they are abandoned. Additionally, Patriot Firearms of Oregon is not liable for lost, stolen, or abandon firearm(s), NFA Item(s), and Firearm & NFA transfers.
3 Day Rule Transfers: We will honor only for Persons who have a valid (not expired and showing current address) Oregon Concealed Handgun License issued by the County Sheriffs office, from the county that they live in. Per federal law, the FFL can transfer the firearm after 3 full business days if a "proceed" or "denied" response is not provided from Government agency conducting the NICS/FICS background check. [18 U.S.C. 922(t); 27 CFR 478.102(a)(2)]. Weekends, holidays, and the initial day of submitting a NICS/FICS background check request do not count towards the 3 day rule.

All persons and customers agree to waive the right to trial and/or arbitration in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Patriot Firearms of Oregon expresses and make no implied claims of warranties for all items except those that come with a manufacturer warranty, which will be governed by the manufacturer’s terms and conditions of warranty. We reserve the right to refuse service. We reserve the right to change, edit, modify, and delete any content at any time without notice.
Multi-channel online sales and Gunbroker.com sales abide by the same Terms & Conditions listed above. In-store firearm and NFA item pick-ups are subjected to a $10 fee for a background check and or Form 4 background check and fees associated with NFA Transfers. Customer agrees to pay all transfer fees, FICS/NICS checks, shipping, storage, and any other fees that may incur.
